The Tomatoes piece ended up looking a bit "van Gogh-ish" to me. I really enjoyed blending two colors on each tomato and vine for the effect. When I was working on the Eastern Cedar Berries, I had the idea to make the berries red for a Christmas feel. Adding a red and white whipped back stitch would lend itself to further that Christmas feel, or even red and green! :-D

Eastern Cedar Berries and Tomatoes Hand Embroidery - Shop Update
"Eastern Cedar Berries and Tomatoes" hand embroidery designs are now listed in the shop. Both designs in the pattern - I also added the colors of the DMC floss I used here in the photo, but that list is only a catapult for your own creativity!
